As the basis of power industry, power generating equipment manufacturing industry has a positive and far-reaching impact for matching development of the power industry and enhancing national competitive power, so it is identified as an important industry related to national security and national economic lifelines. To speed up the upgrading of electrical equipment, power generating equipment manufacturers in our country are committed to the research and development of new technologies, and strive to achieve the advanced power generating equipment made domestically. However, on the one hand, the profit margin of power generating equipment industry is low, resources could be used to technical innovation is very limited; On the other hand, enterprises are faced with more choices of innovative technologies because of technology development, so it is an vital problem for the power generating equipment manufacturers to take the best advantage of the limited research source.Correctly accessing the technological innovation projects can make sure enterprises make full use of the limited research resource and thus obtain continuous competitive advantages. Based on the understanding of the characteristics of this industry and the characteristics of the technological innovation projects in this industry, first this thesis deeply analyses the impact factors of the selection between different technological innovation projects, including policy factor, technology factor, market factor, competence factor and risk factor, then it establishes an integrated index system and the fuzzy integrated model for accessing the projects, at last it takes the H groups as an example to do some empirical studies. The purpose of the thesis is to provide reference and ideas for the power generating equipment manufacturers and to enrich the technical innovation project evaluation and scientific decision-making methodology.
