With the rapid development of globalization,the word Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR)is getting a high appearing frequency.At the same time,home and abroad study of CSR is increasing.As we all know that employees constitute a main and important resource in enterprise,based on the stakeholder Theory,our employees are our key stakeholders,which paid their one third lifelong time on working,making a huge contribution on their Industrial enterprises operating performance.In terms of external stakeholders,enterprise should be responsible for their employees.Due to the improvement of technology and economic level,people's material living standards have been greatly satisfied.According to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory,people began to pursue a higher level of demand.The happiness hypothesis pointed out that human nature is constantly changing with the development of productive forces and improvement of educational level.Wealth is only one way to pursue happiness,while happiness is the pursuit of the ultimate goal.Since the staff paid life's work for their enterprise,according to the social exchange theory,enterprise should be responsible for employees' well-being.That is to say it is imperative to enhance employee well-being,which is a win-win progress for an enterprise.In that case,employees could gain much positive emotion from their enterprise,which improve their job satisfaction and life satisfaction,and employees can create greater value and wealth at the same time.Enhancing employees well-being is at the same time making a win-win situation for achieving the profitability object and goal of employees well-being.Hence one can see that it is rather significant for the enterprise to improve the subjective well-being of the staff.Subjective well-being originated in Positive Psychology,employees' subjective well-being refers to the overall perception of satisfaction of the quality of life.Most of the object of study of subjective well-being are the old,students,nurses,teachers and some other fixed groups.A few scholars only remain at the study of theoretical level,lacking in systematical empirical research.Taking the subjective well-being as study object of this thesis,based on the studies of subjective well-being home and abroad,the writer takes advantage of Business Research Methods and professional knowledge,discussing the affection of staff's subjective well-being which caused by social responsibility of enterprise to staff.The thesis also takes a part talking about the affection of Perceived Organizational Support(POS)between staff and enterprise.The main creative parts of this thesis are: firstly,the writer takes social responsibility of enterprise to staff and improvement of subjective well-being these two creative study results as talking respects.Secondly,the writer creatively researches relationship between the corporate social responsibility to employees and POS or subjective well-being,and the writer has gained some expected result.Thirdly,the writer put some traditional Chinese elements into the study of the thesis.
