With the rapid development of business environment and the awakening of public civic awareness,enterprises need to adhere to fulfill social responsibility if they want to have a foothold in the fierce market competition.Corporate social responsibility has an important part in the long-term development of the organization,theorists and practitioners have pay more and more attention to corporate social responsibility.Previous research paid much attention to the relationship between corporate social responsibility and performance,but the conclusion is difficult to reach a consensus.Whether enterprises obtain return is closely related to stakeholder behavior,employees are important stakeholders.But the study of corporate social responsibility's influence on employees'extra-role behavior is relative scarce.Voice behavior is an important external behavior,and voice behavior is an important source of organizational change and innovation.It benefits to the long-term development of the organization.Based on the above background,it is necessary to explore the relationship between corporate social responsibility and voice behavior.On the basis of reviewing and analyzing the existing literatures,based on the theory of social identity and signal theory and so on,the paper puts forward a conceptual model at the individual level from motivation-guarantee" perspective,along with the idea of "employees'perceived social responsibility-organizational identity/psychological safety-voice behavior",and discusses the moderating effect of moral identity in this model.This study collected data by the questionnaire.Before the formal investigation and survey,Based on small samples pretest,asking experts and enterprise staffs advices so on,the initial questionnaire is revised to a formal investigation questionnaire.The questionnaire survey takes the enterprise staff as the survey object and obtains 206 valid questionnaire.On the basis of data analysis,the reliability validity analysis,the correlation analysis.This study uses the SPSS19.0 to analyze data and test hypothesis.The results show that employees'perceived social responsibility could significantly predict the voice behavior of employees,and employee's perceived social responsibility could significantly predict the promotive behavior and the prohibitive voice.Organizational identity effects the relationship between employees' perceived social responsibility and voice behavior as a partial mediator,it also has mediate effects between perceived social responsibility and promotive behavior and the prohibitive voice.Psychological security effects the relationship between employees' perceived social responsibility and voice behavior as a partial mediator.It also has mediate effects between employees' perceived social responsibility and promotive behavior and the prohibitive voice.Moral identity is the moderator of the relationship between employees'perceived social responsibility and the voice behavior of employees.but moral identity has no effect on the relationship between employees'perceived social responsibility and the voice behavior,the prohibitive voice.The study has identified the influence mechanism of employees' perceived social responsibility and the voice behavior,enriched the theoretical research of voice behavior theory,probed into the contingency factors of the relationship between employees'perceived social responsibility and the voice behavior.Provide the reality basis for enterprises to fulfill social responsibility and put forward suggestions on how to motivate employees'voice behavior.
