Corporate social responsibility has been one of the critical issues of social concern. However, corporates are not willing to bearing their corporate social responsibility spontaneously when taking their own cost into consideration.Because companies do not fulfill their social responsibilities, the contradiction between economy and society is becoming more and more prominent.More and more social problems are beginning to emerge, and the corporate social responsibility is beginning more and more important for the whole society. In such context,we explore the relationship between employees' perceived corporate social responsibility and their unethical pro-organizational behavior from perspective of employees based on the literature review.Meanwhile,we explorer the role of employees' Machiavellianism and moral identity between perceived corporate social responsibility and unethical pro-organizational behavior.Based on the literature review and the theory of moral disengagement,we construct the model of employee perceived corporate social responsibility and unethical pro-organizational behavior. We adopt the SPSS 19.0 and Amos 21.0 to conduct a statistical analysis using confirmatory factor analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and variance analysis with the data from 298 employees.Based on the data analysis results,we draws the following conclusions.Firstly, there are significant differences in the perception of gender in the perceived corporate social responsibility.Compared to females, males are more concerned about the corporate social responsibility of social and non-social stakeholders, employees and government.Secondly, employees of different industries showed a significant difference in the perceived corporate social responsibility and the willingness to participate in unethical pro-organizational behavior. The perceived corporate social responsibility(especially on the social and non-social stakeholder dimension and the employees dimension)of employees in service-oriented enterprises is significantly higher than those of manufacturing enterprises. While the willingness to participate in unethical proorganizational behavior of employees in manufacturing enterprises is significantly higher than those in service-oriented enterprises.Thirdly, there are significant differences in the perceived corporate social responsibility by employees of different sizes enterprises.Small and medium-sized employees are significantly more concerned about the perceived corporate social responsibility(especially on the consumers dimension and government dimension)than those of large enterprises.Fourthly, there are significant differences in the perceived corporate social responsibility and the willingness to participate in unethical pro-organizational behavior by employees of different ages.Elderly employees are more concerned with the perceived corporate social responsibility(especially on the social and non-social stakeholder dimension and employees dimension)than young employees and are more likely to adopt unethical pro-organizational behavior. In addition, the longer the employees' working life is,the stronger the willingness of employees to participate in unethical pro-organizational behavior is.Fifthly, there are significant differences in the perceived corporate social responsibility by employees with different income levels.Compared with low-income employees,high-income employees are more concerned with the perceived corporate social responsibility(especially on the employees dimension, the consumer dimension and the government dimension).Sixthly, the perceived corporate social responsibility of employees has a positive impact on their willingness to participate in unethical pro-organizational behavior.Seventhly, the results of hierarchical regression analysis show that the individual's Machiavellianism has a significant effect on the relationship between the perceived corporate social responsibility of "consumers dimension","government dimension" and "unethical pro-organizational behavior".Eighthly, the moral identity of employees has a significant effect on the relationship between the perceived corporate social responsibility of "social and nonsocial stakeholders dimension","employees dimension","consumers dimension" and "unethical pro-organizational behavior".
