| Abstract:As corporate social responsibility was gradually paid attention by the world, there are relatively more about the definitions and dimensions of corporate social responsibility and the research of the relationship with corporate performance in academic circle. In the1990s, the stakeholder theory was increasingly applied to the study of corporate social responsibility, which offered a new perspective for the study. But now the research perspectives focus on employee behavior is still very limited. In recent years, there are impact study between corporate social responsibility and employees’organizational commitment, which gets the positive affirmation by empirical research. But some scholars believe that there is a certain effect of intermediary role between corporate social responsibility and employees’organizational commitment. In the study of literature at home and abroad, the author found that corporate social responsibility behavior could affect perceived organizational support through the employees’perception of fairness and perceived organizational support was the important antecedent of organizational commitment. The paper tries to introduce a perceived organizational to support the intermediary variable to make a further discussion of corporate social responsibility of the employees’perspective and the inner mechanism of organizational commitment. Then it will enrich the related theory research results and give some advices to enterprises.Firstly, this paper has researched and analyzed the existing research about variables and the relationship between variables through the literature analysis method, put forward the research model and hypothesis, and chosen high reliability and validity of the scale been empirically tested as measuring tool. Secondly, there has been collected56effective questionnaire datas to forecast the preliminary questionnaire through the way of the combination of questionnaire survey and network questionnaire, which formed the formal questionnaire for large sample survey. Surveys has got339effective questionnaire datas. Empirically mainly used SPSS18.0and AMOS7.0software, and with the help of many statistical analysis methods such as reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to get the main conclusions as follows. Firstly, it is proved that the social responsibility of the enterprise staff perspective, employee affective commitment and perceived organizational support have positive correlation. Secondly, corporate social responsibility to employees and natural environment, normative commitment and continued commitment of employees have positive correlation. Thirdly, perceived organizational support plays a pole in forecasting organizational commitment. Last, perceived organizational support plays an intermediary role between the social responsibility and employee affective commitment, between corporate social responsibility to employees and natural environment and normative commitment of employees, does not plays an intermediary role between corporate social responsibilities and the continued commitment of employees. Based on the research conclusion, this paper suggests that enterprises should attach importance to the implementation of corporate social responsibility and enhance the correct guide on the construction of channels about employee perceptions of corporate social responsibility to reinforce employee perceived organizational support and affective commitment. |
