In recent years,with the rapid development of positive psychology,subjective well-being has become a hot spot in management science,sociology and psychology research,and attracts more and more scholars' attention.Subjective well-being can not only measure the quality of individual life,but also indirectly reflects the overall development situation of the country.At present,domestic and foreign researches mainly focus on the analysis of its influence factors and the relationship between the subjective well-being and personality or self-efficacy.In addition,most Chinese scholars regard teachers,staff,students,the elderly and other groups as the main object of the study,few studies take the occupation type as the studying basis,study on commercial bank employees subjective well-being is few and far between.Perceived organizational support is the overall attitude about the organization values their contribution and attention to their happiness,the perceived organizational support as the third variable to the study of work stress and subjective well-being is close to blank.With the rapid development of science and technology and the accelerated pace of Chinese economic globalization,great changes have taken place both inside and outside in commercial banks,facing the increasingly severe competition in the test.In addition,heavy tasks,strict work requirements and single.channel promotion have increased the commercial bank employees' working stress,making them face unprecedented challenges.Therefore,we should focus on the basic situation and relationship of commercial bank employees' work stress,perceived organizational support and subjective well-being.It helps commercial bank managements take effective measures to carry out stress management,reduce the turnover intention,improve employee job performance,so as to strengthen the competitive strength of the entire organization.This paper takes the commercial bank employees as the investigation object.By issuing "job stress scale","perceived organizational support scale" and "subjective well-being scale" to collect relevant data,using statistical software SPSS19.0 for recovery,and evaluating the overall level of commercial bank employees' work pressure,perceived organizational support and subjective well-being,then exploring the correlation among the three variables,specially focus on perceived organizational support' effect on employees'job stress and subjective well-being.Finally,according to the results,put forward some specific suggestions and countermeasures for the commercial bank managements.Through to the empirical analysis of commercial bank employees' work stress,perceived organizational support and subjective well-being,this paper draws the following four conclusions:(1)The overall situation of commercial bank employees' perceived organizational support and subjective well-being in general is in the medium level,work stress is the average level.Among them,the commercial bank employees' work stress mainly comes from the working environment and tasks,and accepts the most is the support on the employee work and value identity.(2)Commercial bank employees' work stress,perceived organizational support and subjective well-being in age,working year,and education level and job type exist significant differences.There are no significant differences in gender.(3)The commercial bank employees' job stress and subjective well-being shows a significant negative correlation,perceived organizational support and subjective well-being shows a significant positive correlation.(4)In the relationship between work stress and subjective well-being,perceived organizational support presents part of the adjustment.
