| Commercial 4G network have been begun to construction since 2012, for gradually increasing in the construction of 4G network construction investment.4G network construction projects of long duration, large projects, coordination and management of the project proposed for a relatively big challenge. In this paper, a city branch of China Mobile’s 4G network construction in 2014 are analyzed by the project schedule management., and the organizational framework, the division of labor are studied, and the responsibilities of various departments are cleared. More than 1,000 base stations in the task of building and the project schedule in this city in 2014 are planned and managed by using the Gantt chart and network diagramIn this paper, the performance of the project schedule is evaluated, and cost and schedule of the project are analyzed in a unified by the Earned Value Management. In the same time, some measures to adjust the offset of project schedule are made. |
