More than 1,000 base stations in the task of building and the project schedule in this city in 2014 are planned and managed by using the Gantt chart and network diagramIn this paper, the performance of the project schedule is evaluated, and cost and schedule of the project are analyzed in a unified by the Earned Value Management.
