With the warming of the real estate market,"high turnover" has become a high-frequency hot word,which shows the importance of progress in the real estate industry,and good progress control strategy will become one of the important choices for enterprises to gain competitive advantage.Progress control is related to the enterprise capital chain,pre-loan interest for real estate enterprises and so on.There is no doubt that progress control is the main content of real estate enterprise management.Effective progress control has become an important measure of leading strategy for real estate enterprises.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and achievements of progress management at home and abroad.Starting from the reality,this paper analyses the problems in JH company's project progress management and their impact on the process,and uses Gantt chart method,key route method,S curve method,WBS work decomposition method and earned value management method to manage the project progress control.Using PDCA dynamic management method,making plans,executing plans,comparing actual progress with planned progress,dynamic tracking and real-time monitoring of project progress are carried out.When the progress deviation exceeds 15 days,progress management corrective measures are taken to ensure that the progress is carried out in accordance with the overall progress target direction of the project.And how to break the convention,absorb the experience and lessons from the first and second phases of JH's third phase project,how to make scientific project progress plan and take effective safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the project progress,and to expound the direction conducive to the completion of the construction node,and deepen the theory of project progress management and methods.Schedule management is an important part of project management.It occupies an important position in the whole project management,and is a key factor for the success of project management.The purpose of this paper is to study the methods and guaranteeing measures of real estate project schedule management,hoping to provide a template in JH company's later stage schedule management so that it can be followed by rules.At the same time,I hope to provide reference for similar project schedule management.
