As the head of tourist trade, the travel agency in our country has made a large development in recent years. Although the trade scale, enterprise quantity and the number of employee have made rapid progress recently, there are many problems in this trade such as the structure of products is simple, the products is similar, manage level and information degree is lower, resources is dispersive. Facing various challenges which are market's all-sided open to foreign capital, rapid progress of information technology and the variety of customer's demand, travel agency in our country need to find a developmental way urgently which can participate in international competition.Henan Lianzhong Corporation, as a new star in travel agency trade, have made rapid progress in short two years using dissimilar strategy orientation and management model. A in-depth research and analysis to it's development strategy are developed in this paper.First, description and analysis to the situation of travel agency trade are made, development and direction of overseas are also introduced in this paper,comparing the development and actuality of domestic trade.Second, we describe the development and actuality of Henan Lianzhong Corporation, analysis internal and external environment of our corporation using SWOT and value chain. The chances and threats our corporation faced and the predominance and inferior positions on resources abilities are also expatiated in this paper.Next, according to above analysis, we carried on various research which are corporation mission, strategy orientation, strategy means and the manner of implement to our strategy using SWOT strategic management theory to Henan Lianzhong Corporation, we also establish future develop strategy of our corporation.Finally, blue prints are proposed according to the implement of corporation's strategy in this paper.The aim of this paper is offering some help for the establishment of develop strategy of Henan Lianzhong Corporation, similar company, and the whole trade.
