Study On The Intensive Land Use Of Changtai Economic Development Zone

Land is an important natural resource, and it is the basic condition of economic development. As is known to all, China is a country with a lot of people, which land resources is particularly important. So his rational and efficient use of regional development are closely related. Development Zone is a special period of the reform and opening up, which is the government to give preferential policies and support for the region. To carry out the land intensive use research of economic development zone, which has very important practical significance to find out the land resources of economic development zone, and promote the intensive land use, mitigate land conflicts, strengthen the rational allocation of land resources and promote sustainable and healthy economic development.In this paper, we use empirical analysis and quantitative analysis method to research the level of land intensive use in Changtai Economic Development Zone, in order to improve the level of land intensive use. First, this paper expounds the significance and purpose of the research, and analyzes the up-to-date development of land intensive use of the development zone in recent years.Secondly, this paper explains the related concepts and briefly summarizes theoretical basis of land intensive use in the development zone, and these concepts and theories are the important basis for the next research, which is the important theoretical basis of the intensive use of land.Then, the measure system of land intensive use in Changtai Economic Development Zone is built. And integrates the results of previous studies and various factors, the degree of land intensive use of Changtai Economic Development Zone is calculated, after detailed introduction of the evaluation method. By calculating, the total index of land intensive is 15.11%, and it is concluded that the land use is in a state of intensive use. However, according to the evaluation of the various indicators of the targeted analysis, some indicators have failed to reach the intensive use of resources. At last, the paper puts forward some corresponding measures, such as paying attention to the rational use of land space and three-dimensional space, cultivate the reasonable industrial structure and intensify efforts to dispose of idle land and increase their input and output etc., to further improve the intensive use of land.
