| With the rapid development of Chinese economy,more and more enterprises to adapt to economic development environment at the same time in the long term,focus on its advantages in resources,the development of the core competitiveness of enterprises,but for the enterprise internal relative weak or advantage is not obvious link,enterprise carries on the integration,outsourcing,the enterprise external resources to competitiveness and effective promotion,especially for the logistics business,more and more enterprises choose to produce their own logistics business outsourcing,third party logistics providers entrusted to operate.But how to choose a suitable third party logistics service provider through the correct selection methods,the enterprise can reduce the cost,improve the efficiency and benefits and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.This study is based on the thinking of this problem.The content of this paper is the third party logistics service provider selection,mainly completed the following research work:Firstly,from the third party logistics,third party logistics service providers and selection of basic concepts,characteristics,development status at home and abroad and research results of the literature review and analysis,the research question of this paper,and to further clarify the research objectives,research ideas and research methods used to.Secondly,analysis by using the comprehensive literature analysis and the actual demand of enterprises,the case study of KDS company as the basis,the index system is third party logistics service provider selection.Thirdly,the method for choosing the third party logistics service providers based on soft set theory is given,i.e.different experts consider different factors under the condition of third party logistics service providers evaluation more comprehensive selection,based on the correlation algorithm,and expounds the application of the method through the case of KDS. |
