Compensation management is an important part of modern human resource management,and it plays a more and more important role in human resource management.The enterprise salary system which matches with the company development can effectively promote the enterprise healthy and rapid development,otherwise will seriously hamper the healthy and rapid development of enterprises.At the same time,the salary system has a very important significance to motivate employees work enthusiasm,improve employee satisfaction,enhance the enterprise employees a sense of belonging to the enterprise and sense of responsibility and so on.Due to the development of the compensation system of LJ company is not suitable for the company,the LJ company faces poor sense of ownership,low working enthusiasm,a serious loss of staff.In this paper,we mainly use the literature research method and survey method to study the improvement of LJ company compensation system.Through in-depth study on the compensation management related theory and analysis of compensation problem faced by LJ company,and as a specific measures,we put forward LJ company's salary system improvement mainly include:the implementation of job analysis and job evaluation,ensure the employees' work value to get an accurate measurement;establish scientific and fair salary structure,ensure employee salary treatment steadily improved;improve the performance appraisal system,so the results of each employee labor are fair and objective return;welfare mechanism into humanized,realize differentiation welfare treatment,so that every employee can feel the company's care;build much channel of promotion channels,make good performance employees,whatever they are born can obtain the corresponding promotion.At the same time,this paper also analyzes the preparation improved compensation system needs to be done in the implementation process,and to solve the implementation process will encounter problems and proposed some guarantee measures,and finally the implementation of the new compensation system of the company carried out to evaluate the effect of.Through the analysis of the salary system of LJ company related content,accelerate the improvement of employee's salary system and promote salary system plays an important role in the company.At the same time,the improved scheme of LJ Company's compensation system also has certain reference value for other companies in the same industry to improve the compensation system.
