One of theimportant factors is the salary structure. Salary structure can greatly affect employeebehavior, work attitude, performance and etc. Therefore, there have higher forwardto set up a reasonable salary structure, to establish a salary structure that "fairness hasinternal and external competitiveness", it is the current our country to do.In the enterprise of all kinds of personnel, technical personnel decided thesuccess or failure of the enterprise. In the market a low morale, low morale, lowquality, flow frequent technical team will not bring enterprise good achievements.
