With the rapid development of market economy in twenty-first Century, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fiercer. Only with excellent human resources, enterprises can survive in the fierce competition. Excellent human resources to obtain scientific human resources management, so enterprises in the pursuit of efficiency maximization at the same time, it should be people-oriented, in order to prevent the loss of excellent staff. As is known to all, the compensation management is the core content of human resource management, reasonable and effective salary management can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff, to attract and retain talented people, so as to ensure the realization of the target enterprise,promote enterprise development. With the labor market and human capital management continues to improve, the basic realization of the employment of workers. But the modern enterprise salary management still has many problems, is the modern enterprise human resources management of the weak link. Most of enterprises still use the traditional salary management system, the structure of the salary system is unreasonable, the lack of incentive pay and other issues seriously restrict the development of enterprises. Design of compensation system is the necessary precondition to establish the effective salary management system and an important part,so the design of a scientific and reasonable compensation system to the modern enterprise development has an important guiding significance and practical significance.The to XX company as the research object, using human capital theory, the compensation incentive theory, using case study method, interview method and questionnaire method, through to XX company employee compensation system research and empirical analysis, find the problems and reasons existing in the salary system of the enterprise, combined with internal and external environment factors in XX company original compensation system based on, of XX company salary system is fully optimized and puts forward the enterprise salary system optimization design of specific programs.The main content of this paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of this paper, the main research methods and ideas, the main content and innovation of this paper, as well as domestic and international related references. The second chapter summarizes therelated theories of the compensation system, including the concept of salary and salary management, the concept and elements of the design of the compensation system, some typical models of the compensation, the basic theory of the design of the compensation system. The third chapter mainly analyzes the XX company’s basic organizational structure and the external environment; and in understand the XX company’s existing compensation system information based, using interview method, questionnaire survey method(compensation satisfaction surveys) a comprehensive grasp of the current situation of the company’s salary system, and based on the salary system of XX company an empirical analysis of the status quo(reliability and validity), and summarized the problems existing in the XX company salary system, and to find out the reasons of the existing problems. In the fourth chapter, The fourth chapter according to the compensation system, the purpose of optimization design principle and process,and combined with the enterprise strategic target to the compensation system of the detailed design, including: job analysis and evaluation, salary survey, salary system and determine the level of such steps. Based on this, advances the concrete scheme of XX company compensation system optimization of the factors of the enterprise the new compensation system includes four parts: basic salary, performance salary, welfare, and profit, and clearly put forward the compensation factor of the structure and level. The fifth chapter puts forward safeguard measures of XX company compensation system design, in order to guarantee the smooth progress of the compensation system design.This paper deals with the whole process of compensation system design, the scientific method of combining theoretical and empirical analysis, I hope through the case analysis, the construction and management of the compensation system of the other domestic enterprises to provide certain reference and reference.
