Entering the21st Century, business environment is getting more and more complex, ifenterprises plan to survive in the increasingly fierce competition and get advantage position,they should realize the importance of Human resource management (HRM). It isperson-oriented management style, which explores how to use a variety of ways to get a highlevel of staff motivation, and which stimulates the potential of employees, improves themorale of the employees, improve employee job satisfaction and loyalty to the organization.HRM has a deep relationship with employee motivation. Incentive mechanism is its core thatpays more and more attention to a brand new perspective of psychological contract tomotivate employees. Psychological contract is kind of implicit contract and intrinsic relation.It is the mutual commitment and responsibility between organization and individual. Thiscontract based on flexible management, which is depend on motivation. Psychologicalcontract is more sensitive, and it pay more attention to individual’s subjective cognition andperception.This paper takes Longhai co., Ltd. as an example. It is a small and medium-sized privateenterprise, which has a lot of problem. Especially the negative influence of deficient in stuffmotivation are getting serious as the company growing up. The drawback of currentmanagement is no more suitable to the development of company. From the perspective ofpsychological contract, this paper analyzes the employee motivation existing in thiscompany’s human resources management. To discuss by what means can increase employee’sjob satisfaction and their loyalty of organization in order to form a constant and steadypsychological contract. This paper settles a series of solutions and suggestions to solve theproblem of the company’s brain drain.At first, this paper adopted literature research method. Meanwhile, I investigated theLonghai Company. Finally it adopted the combination of theoretical research and empiricalresearch method, combine the theory research with the Longhai company managementpractice, proposed several methods and strategy of staff incentive system, and these proposals are base on the psychological contract’s following stage: establishing, achieve and adjusting,realization and maintenance for construction of staff incentive system. |
