The core competitiveness of enterprises is the talent competition, so how to attract and retain high quality talents has become an important part of enterprise human resource management. However, the brain drain has become a universal phenomenon in today’s society, which will not only bring tangible and intangible losses, but also will cause the flow of talents to rivals and the leakage of commercial secret, which will strength rivals’ competitiveness. With the rapid economy development, the rising of land costs and labor costs, and the disappearance of preferential policies for foreign-funded enterprises in China, many foreign-funded enterprises development has been limited, and the phenomenon of brain drain becomes more and more serious.In this paper, Z Company as an example, I aim to find the reasons of high talent turnover rate in Z Company in recent years. By using theory of talent flow and talent incentive, and analyzing the current situation of brain drain, I make conclusion for the reasons of talent turnover as following three points: enterprise external reasons, internal reasons and employee personal reasons. In order to solve this problem, I also give 5 suggestions as below: provide competitive compensation system, establish the scientific and effective talent incentive mechanism, emphasis on talent development and career planning, and integrate the staff training in the enterprise development, establish a good working atmosphere and corporate culture.
