Improving the integrative capability of competition is important for an enterprise which has been one critical factor to its subsistence and development.As a new management concept,Business Process Reengineering(BPR)is considered an important strategic method to acquire competition advantages.The main industry and groundwork of IR Company is color picture tube(CPT),which have a strong competitive edge in the domestic and the global.But with the rapid development of science and technology,the industry of CPT has been a severe challenge.IR Company needs to make a study for enterprise business process reengineering to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Firstly,this paper sets out from introducing the theory of enterprise business processes and describing the basic principles of Business Process Reengineering and methods.According to the theory of business Process reengineering,through the thorough analysis for internal factors and external environment of IR Company,we discovered the substantial problems.Then we select the company's core processes by the principles of Six Sigma project selection and use of process matrix technique to determine organizational structure,product development processes and supplier management processes which are candidate process.Furthermore,we put forward the proposal for the determined candidate process combined with the principles of process design and optimization.We used the principle of process-oriented organization to change the process of the organizational structure,re-designed the product development processes based on AS ME technology and proposed parallel management thinking on supplier management process.These improvements are the objective of improving the efficiency of the enterprise and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.Finally,if the IR Company wants to implement business process reengineering they must prepare for the change in culture and organizational structure.Based on multilevel gray evaluation model,we make a scientific evaluation for the effects of business process reengineering of IR Company.From the perspective of the overall development,the effect of business process's continuous improvement is at a better lever,and the corporate performance has significantly improved.
