Human resources are the most valuable resources of modern enterprises,it is the basic power and the key factor of economic development.Human resources is the core of humanistic management.This paper analyzes from the concept of human resources analysis of the characteristics of Oriental Management School "people management" as the guiding ideology,analyzes the characteristics and the existing misunderstanding of the development and management of human resources in enterprises of China and the United States.It is pointed out that the five differences between the Sino US enterprise human resource management,and makes a beneficial thinking and exploration of the enterprises of our country in the new period of transformation to strengthen human resources development and management.The difference theory that differences,such as value concept and behavior of the stage of economic development and the global imbalance of resources has led to a global difference.Emergency theory,because there are differences between the various companies in the technology,structure and global positioning,it does not necessarily need to cross cultural management.Contingency theory includes some practical problems,these problems have prompted people along the way to adopt management mechanism under the global optimum direction.The influence of culture on management has become a topic of long debate.Some scholars insist that the behavior of global managers is becoming more and more similar,while others conclude that there are still some differences in management behavior.Human resource management research trends show that people's opinions are more likely to be different.This is because both academic and professional people regard culture as an important subject,and think that there is a difference between the culture and the culture.Based on theory of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,the management theory and so on to are for department stores and retail industry is mainly engaged in the format of state-owned Bailian Group and the United States outstanding multinational companies Wal Mart group as an example,to explore the mode of enterprise's human resource management in the existing cultural difference and,thereby,to further explore the optimization strategy of human resources management in our country in the future.On culture and so on various human resources difference,analysis caused by existing differences,and thus further to the United States Wal Mart group as an example.Analysis in the process of human resources management advantage and strategy,combined with their own actual situation of our existing enterprise,and to seek for our country enterprise existing human resources management of the enlightenment and significance.
