With the development of global economic integration, each country demands for more and more internationalized talents, and also more and more high quality requirements. The international education as an important base of training talents has been developing unprecedented. In the process of internationalization of education’s development, the invitation of international educators has become an important mean to promote its development. But the domestic educational internationalization’s development started lately, and we are lack of cross culture human resources management experience and relevant managerial talents. Human resources management professional technology and the concept of cross culture management are relatively lagging behind. In order to maximize the potential of the international educators, and promote the development and innovation of educational internationalization, the study of cross-culture human resource management in the field of international education will play a very active role.This paper puts forward the cultural difference is an important barrier in the cross-culture human resources management and also the reason of studies on cross-cultural human resources management from the basic theory of cross-cultural human resource management for the international educators which are the characteristics of k-12 international educators and the theory of cross-cultural human resources management. This paper studies the cross-cultural human resources management on a representative of k-12 international education organizations named Beijing Huijia Private School. It is based on researching many domestic and overseas relevant essays and papers about cross-cultural human resources management and the management of international educators, research on relevant data and cases of the representative, and also the author’s accumulated over 11 years’ cross-cultural human resources management experience in the field of international education. The research utilizes Hofstede’s cultural value theory as the foundation tool, and then combines the profound analysis of survey data and typical cases, put forward corresponding strategies for each module of the cross-cultural human resource management, complete the system of a cultural strategy, case analysis and specific measures which may give some reference for the cross-cultural human resources management on the rapidly developing international education and also make tiny contribution to the theory research of this field.
