Through the research and Analysis on the project of the business process reengineering of Shanghai AMASS Int'l Freight Co. Ltd., discusses the feasibility and effectiveness of the freight forwarding industry of small and medium enterprises process reengineering.Because of the freight forwardingindustry showing the trend of sustainable development, the company pre expansion is too rapid, after precipitation and accumulation gradually, the problem of low production efficiency, management cost increases, poor communication has become the bottleneck of the development of enterprises. Through the relevant data collection, field research and brainstorming meetings and other methods, to understand the business problems and management bottlenecks. Thoughobjective cognitive enterprise's survival condition, carries on the present situation analysis and the question analysis to the enterprise, and combines the enterprise's strategic goal to make the project solution. The BPR project in information system reconstruction as an opportunity to review and improve the work efficiency of the optimization of business processes, integrated enterprise internal supplier process to reduce internal management costs, combined with regional financial settlement process to reduce financial risk.As a participant in the project, through a series of activities to start, research, implementation and deployment of other learned BPR success not only depends on the efficiency of process improvement, unified enterprise managers and the participants'thinking is the precondition; the implementation plan is to increase the probability of success of the project; and strengthen the rapid response feedback report training is the continuation of protection project.
