And designed the business process optimization scheme and implementation method in detail, which basis on the value chain analysis by outstanding value-added links and eliminate non-value added. Then compared the result of KPI before and after the business process improvement and got a good effect. This paper enhance the applying of value chain theory in the business process improvement area.
