Research Of A Power Group Organization Structure Change

The change of enterprise organization structure is the premise to achieve strategic goals and the healthy development under the fierce competition environment.The multi-level management of large state-owned enterprises has been unable to meet the needs of development in China.Organization must carry on structure reform to adapt to the development and changes of the times.Only those enterprises that established perfect organizational structure to adapt to its own characteristics and the needs of the market can have a place to stay in the increasing competition among the domestic large state-owned enterprises.The paper uses the methods of literature study to find a scientific theory and method to suit the change of the enterprise's organizational structure.The application of SWOT method analyzes the internal and external environment and combines internal resources and external environment to find a strategy suitable to the company's actual situation.Based on the investigation of A power group organization structure by using questionnaire survey,I collected the first-hand information and data.Through analyzing,I find the existing problems of A company's organizational structure.Considering the current research status of the organizational structure in china and abroad and aiming at solving problems of A company.I proposed flat management scheme.Firstly,this paper comprehensively analyzes the research status and the related theories home and abroad.Secondly,linked with the practical situation of A power group,I designed organizational structure suitable for the current situation of A power group and its healthy development from the perspective of solving problems.Thirdly,I look into its future research.In order to make the organization reform smoothly,this paper further explores how to establish security system in the management ability,enterprise culture.The innovation point of the paper is based on the comprehensive analysis of A power group's stage development characteristics and the combination of domestic and foreign research results.I creatively put flat,functional,division and matrix organization structure together,designing A power group's organizational structure suitable for its situation and increasing its working efficiency.The paper also analyzes the company's developing strategy,and points out the change of the organization structure design and its strategic development are complementary.I take full consideration of the strategic objectives of the enterprise when I design organization structure.The new organization structure aims at achieving its strategic goal in a better way.
