Since 1978,the divisional system structure has been used widely in China.During the short past 30 years,it has emerged a lot of successful enterprises such as Haier Group,Midea Group,Huawei Technology Co.Ltd and China Petrochemical Group,which become the successful business representatives.Due to the development of the market economy,the expanding scale of enterprises and the fierce competition environment,more and more enterprises are gradually favoring the Divisional System Structure mode.In this kind of living environment,how to use and the preconditions of running the scientific management mode and so on have become the research focus which the enterprise pays close attention to.AK Mining Company is a state-owned mining company,along with the rapid development of China's economy in recent years.Because of the increasing demand for iron ore,the production scale of AK Mining Company is growing rapidly in order to meet the requirements of the enterprise development.AK Mining Company began to carry out the divisional system structure in 2015.Under such background,this paper combined with the reality of AK Mining Company,using the theory and method of combining the typical case for ongoing revolution about the divisional system control mode of AK Mining Company,to analyze in detail the problems existing in the project and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.This paper includes five chapters.First of all,the organizational structure,divisional mode of production and the features and other basic theories are summarized.Then to the background and the necessity of implementing the mode and the situations before and after the reform in detail,especially focuses on the problems of organizational structure,employee motivation,department coordination and the reasons in the process of implementation,and finally draws lessons from the experience of successful enterprises about the implementation of the divisional system structure at home and abroad and to compare it,then propose some countermeasures and suggestions about the improvement of the implementation plan,the combination of the organizational structure,personnel training,incentive system and so on.It hopes to put forward some practical and reference value to the future development of AK Mining Company,but also to the other state-owned mining enterprises and related industries.
