With the continuous development of enterprise, group control problem has also become not only a theoretical problem that we have to face in modern enterprise management,but also a practical problem needed to be solved in group business management. Human resources management as an important component in the control group, there are also a lot of problems, from the selection of management and control mode,to the control of the organization and the content,and other aspects of the existence of operation and other issues of cognition and practice in theory has to be solved.In this paper, DN Mining Group as the object of the study, has been diagnosed and studied to human resources management control problems through the methods of literature analysis, comparative analysis, questionnaires, interviews and other methods, according to the existing problems, we put forward the improvement scheme.Firstiy,this paper introduces the basic concepts of group human resources management and related theory, and then carry on the analysis of the status of human resources management and control in DN mining group company, Clarify the problems that are the single company control mode, the imperfect organization system, management content not clear, the lack of information sharing platform etc.. On the basis of the analysis of above problems, optimize the design from four aspects of DN mining group human resources management system that are group human resources management model, organization system, content system design, information sharing platform system design, At the end of the thesis, put forward the guarantee measures related to the effective operation of the control system, including the improvement of corporate governance structure; strengthen the group of non HR department’s responsible for human resources management quality and ability; the establishment of an effective HR control point, security modules in the parent subsidiary company seamless; the establishment of four measures a "occupation management team courage".In this paper, different group human resources management model has its own advantages and disadvantages and applicability. Also there are existing different human resource management pattern within different subsidiaries of the same group, the same company in different period of development, there are also different human resource management mode. That is to say, the group human resources control mode selection could not put things right once and for all, we match the development with the group.
