In market economy, the enterprise developing strategy is an integration, which aims to seek the best balancing between the direction , scale , quality and structure of enterprise's development. The key to carry out the strategy successfully lies in the correct choice and operation of the strategic.Researching on the enterprise developing strategy should be taken under the changing market environment and considered in integral and long-term interests of the enterprise, so as to make a reasonable plan of the direction, scale, quality and speed of development. In this case, following two sides of work should be paid more attention. First, in order to fit in with the needs of the development of enterprise's interior and exterior environment, the proposal of strategy should be based on the deep analysis of current situation and on the prediction of long-term development trend. Nowadays, on the basis of these achievements, with the accomplished competing advantages, facing some practical problems that exploitable resources are insufficient, competition had become more fierce and substitutional energy has increased, it has become the most important task to work out corporation's developing strategy according the features of resource-exploiting corporations, combined with the practical situations such as the reserved resources in the corporation, the potentiality of scientific innovation, the fund gathering and employment constructions and closely attaching to the macro-economic policies and industrial regulations of our country.After a thorough survey of corporation resource in the Yanzhou Mining Group Co. and an elaborate analysis of its surrounding environment and inside conditions through SWOT analytic method; after we found out the outside opportunities and challenges as well as the inside advantages and disadvantages which we will face during development and combined these findings with the strategic operating goal, we worked out the corporation's developing strategy. The strategy is to intensify the developed mining industry, to stabilize old districts, to extending new districts, to reinforce the development of non-mining industries on the base of mining industry and to adjust industrial construction gradually.This thesis consists of six parts: the first part is a brief introduction of the Mining Group Co. and its problems in developing progress; The second part is an analysis of the developing environment from the viewpoints ofmacro-environment, industry environment and corporation environment; The third part is an analysis of the proportion of finished operating plans, the employment construction, the potentiality of scientific innovation and the organizing constructions inside the corporation; The fourth part is the developing strategy on the basis of analyzing the outside opportunities and challenges as well as inside advantages and disadvantages; The fifth part is some suggestions towards the probable problems after the carrying out of the strategy and also towards the country's mining industrial policies; The sixth part is a brief vies on how will the mining industry take a new industrial developing road, after discussing the problems in the development of traditional mining industry. The view is also the final aim of the corporation's developing strategy.
