With the deepening and development of the company's business, the company internal and external environment is also changing. On the one hand, the information requirement of the power supply companies become escalating and stronger. On the other hand, the customers demand for the quality and cost of the information-based products improves continuingly. In a word, all of them asking us restructure and then adapt to the continual changing environment, otherwise, we might be thrown away from the market competition. As an excellent enterprise in information-based industry, JY software company takes on heavy responsibility of providing reliable information-based products and services for the power supply companies and development scientific research work for power information. For now, there are some deficiencies and shortfalls in the company:the organization structure, marketing process, stuff quality, the service level, etc. which result for the company being unable to satisfy growing demand of the power supply companies and also being inadequate for its own the sustainable development demand. Consequently, it's meaningful to analyze the existing organization structure of the company and create a new and more useful organizational structures to improve marketing efficiency and competitive differentiation. To achieve this goal, the author analyzes the organization structure of the company, and analyzes the marketing department and divisions according to the theories of organize structural optimization, through which identify some components that need improvement. On this basis, the author creates a new and more useful organizational structures to improve marketing efficiency and competitive differentiation.This paper takes the marketing department as the research key, and utilizes many theories, such as the theory of organization change and process reengineering, to analyze, optimize and transform marketing department and divisions and then propose the corresponding optimization and transformation based on the theory of enterprise reorganization. Firstly, we should make a concrete analysis of marketing process to figure out its disadvantages so that we could provide clear goals for optimization.Then it mainly introduces the safeguard measures of the organization structure optimization, which are from the aspects of leadership support and organization guarantee, enterprise culture, performance evaluation, right distribution, etc.. Finally, we analyze and evaluate the optimized organizational structure to verify whether the optimized organization could help improve the company performances or not.
