With the advent of the era of knowledge economy and the increasingly fierce international competition,how to maintain the company's own advantages and stand out from the crowd is a common concern for lots of companies.Organizational capacity,Each company has their own organizational capabilities that are difficult to replicate in a short time.the improvement of organizational capability is the key to achieve business targets and attain competitive advantage for Chinese companies.Therefore,with the goal of improving organizational capability,studying the strategy of human resource management is not only conducive to the value-realization of human resource,but also to the promotion of organizational capability to sustainable competitive advantages.Firstly,this paper has made an in-depth study and analysis on the current situation of human resources management and organizational abilities from many references of domestic and overseas.The author has proposed a model that based on the staff's abilities,thinking,managements,whose theory is from Yang triangle model's suggestion.Secondly,Author have took H company as an example to analysis what's the root causes cause the present situations which is based on company's strategic by data analysis,questionnaire and interview under the present macro environment.Finally,based on the strategy model,from the human resources planning,recruitment and selection,training and development,enterprise culture and other modules,aiming at the required organizational capacity,the optimization strategy to solve the existing human resources management problems is put forward to improve the human resources management level of the enterprise and further enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Finally,it points out the shortcomings of this paper and the prospect of future research.Starting from the improvement of organizational capacity,the impact mechanism of each module of human resources on the enterprise's capacity is established,and a complete human resources optimization plan can be formulated comprehensively.It also provides a new way of thinking for human resource practitioners in their management practice,aiming at improving organizational capability,combining human resource work with enterprise management and creating value for enterprises.
