Construction And Application On The Evaluation Index Of Forestry Ecological Civilization

Ecological civilization is a new stage in the process of development of human civilization,the construction of ecological civilization is the current and future direction of human civilization. At present, forestry ecological civilization has become a subject of forestry must be studied, the theory and application of forestry ecological civilization evaluation index system is an important content of forestry ecological civilization theory system. According to the development history and connotation of forestry ecological civilization, it establishes the evaluation index system of logical, reasonable and scientific, and has important significance to guide the development of forestry ecological civilization, the development of forestry ecological civilization, and to study the theoretical system of forestry ecological civilization.This article discusses the principle and forestry evaluation index system of forestry ecological civilization and ecological civilization theory foundation, according to the theory of ecology theory, system theory, economic theory and the sustainable development theory, using the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and the possible method of satisfaction, build forestry ecological civilization evaluation index system and application in Qingyuan city Qingcheng district in guangdong province clear example practical application. Application of Delphi method to draw the index system, using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to index weight is calculated, the possible satisfaction method is used to draw each index assessment value, then the index score of comprehensive value. Among them, the primary index including forestry ecological health, forestry ecological economy, forestry ecological culture, forestry ecological support.(2)the Qingyuan city Qingcheng district in guangdong province belongs to the forestry ecological civilization construction started in 2013.(3) the Qingcheng district in 2011, 2013 and 2015, forestry ecological civilization construction level enhances unceasingly, gradually moving towards the forestry ecological civilization city, has unlimited potential for development.According to the evaluation results, put forward the development countermeasures of the forestry ecological civilization construction in Qingcheng District:(1) by adjusting the forest category structure, strengthening the forest resources monitoring, to improve the forestry ecological health;(2) by increasing the forestry investment, establish a complete ecological compensation system, strengthening the forestry ecological health and ecological support;(3) adhere to pay attention to forest management, improve the quality of forest stand, promote forestry ecological health;(4) insist on forest resources as the backing, vigorously promote the development of ecological tourism, to achieve ecological forestry economy a boost;(5) through the protection forest ecological knowledge propaganda activities, strengthen forestry ecological civilization consciousness, promote forestry ecological culture.
