Analysis And Evaluation Of Ecological Civilization Index Based On Gray Relational Analysis

The term "ecological civilization" is based on the fast development of industrial civilization and the severe threat of ecological environment.It has the appropriate background and important social significance.It is attached to the modern material material and spiritual civilization.Today China's social material culture is highly developed,but ecological problems are increasingly prominent,as a new spiritual carrier,ecological civilization is particularly important.Based on the analysis of the status quo of research on the construction of ecological civilization at home and abroad,this paper,combined with the situation of Fengxian in Baoji City of Shaanxi Province,is further interpreted and studied.It has a wide range of social value and practical significance for Fengxian ecological civilization construction planning.In this paper,the state-level ecological civilization demonstration counties and Shaanxi Province,ecological civilization demonstration counties and other indicators of the system to fully interpret and analyze,select one of the 28 ecological civilization construction indicators to explain and calculate,Which is divided into four sub-system index system(ecological economy,ecological resources,ecological Habitat,ecological system),And the other three counties in Shaanxi Province(Lueyang County,Chunhua County,Huangling County)as a reference.Using the entropy method for data processing,the weight of each index,to show the construction of ecological civilization in the process of the importance of various indicators.Among them,the organic,green,pollution-free agricultural products and agricultural irrigation efficiency of the effective utilization of these two indicators accounted for the largest proportion,because these two indicators in the county's indicators of the value of a large difference.And then use the gray weight of the index analysis,the county ecological civilization system score,Fengxian,Lueyang County,Chunhua County,Huangling County,the score is 0.609,0.573,0.546,0.612.Fengxian in ecological resources and ecological system construction has advantages,but in urban sewage treatment rate,pollutant emission intensity.The overall situation is higher than the Lueyang County and Chunhua County,but lower than the Huangling County.According to the above analysis,the ecological status of Fengxian is summarized.The area of Fengxian ecological red line protection is 319.52km2,accounting for 10.02% of the Fengxian land area,which is lower than the average level of38.6% in Shaanxi Province.Among them,the area of the first control area is 70.91 km2,Zhanfeng County land area of 2.23%,lower than the average level of Shaanxi Province,4.9%.The fourth chapter analyzes the construction of ecological civilization in Fengxian,and carries on the corresponding planning in ecological industry,ecological resources and environment,ecological habitat,ecological culture system and so on,and analyzes the indicators that are not up to the requirements,according to Fengxian local economy Development status,list the feasibility of the method and related projects,all aspects of coordinated development and common progress,for the early construction of a national ecological civilization construction model county.
