Study On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Ecological Civilization Construction In Hunan Province

The construction of ecological civilization is related to the quality of people's life,the degree of social harmony and the level of comprehensive development of the country.Therefore,it is urgent to adhere to the concept of ecological civilization construction and fully respect nature.The 19th Congress of the Communist Party of China promoted the construction of ecological civilization as a "strategy crucial for the next millennium”.That marked the construction of ecological civilization has risen to the level of national strategy.the harmonious progress of the society,the healthy development of the economy,the optimization of the ecological environment,and so on,should carry out the concept of the development of ecological civilization,promote the formation of a modern new pattern of the harmonious development between man and the nature.Hunan province is striding towards a large ecological province,It is important to give a scientific evaluation of the level of ecological civilization construction in this region and explore the ecological civilization construction path of Hunan area for promoting the process of the ecological civilization construction.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:First,research on the current situation of ecological civilization construction in Hunan province.This thesis has analyzed the current situation of ecological civilization construction of Hunan area from four dimensions including ecological economy,ecological environment,ecological society and ecological culture;Second,construction of evaluation index system for ecological civilization construction in Hunan.Combined with the current situation of ecological civilization construction in Hunan province,this thesis referenced domestic and foreign evaluation index system of ecological civilization construction,starting from four aspects,including the ecological economy,ecological environment,ecological society and ecological culture;Third,determine the weight of each index and comprehensive evaluation.Using the entropy method and comprehensive index of ecological civilization construction to evaluate the overall level of ecological civilization construction in Hunan and its 14 cities;Fourth,put forward the policy suggestions.according to the evaluation results,identify the weak links and key factors of the ecological civilization construction and put forward the policy suggestions of the ecological civilization construction in Hunan.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows:First,Hunan province has good natural,economic,and social conditions for the construction of ecological civilization,but at the same time,there are some restrictive factors such as irrational economic development,opportunities and challenges tied for existence;Second,the ecological civilization in Hunan province is rising,the development of the ecological economy,ecological environment,ecological society and ecological culture has made a progress,the score of ecological environment and ecological society is relatively low,initially entering the relatively advanced stage of ecological civilization construction.The overall level of ecological environment in Hunan province still in the lower stage;Third,the comprehensive index of ecological civilization construction in 14 cities is increasing year by year,the four subsystems are developing rapidly,but they are not harmonious.The development of ecological civilization in all cities in Hunan is not balanced,new impetus needs to be added to improve the ecological civilization construction.
