With the growing enterprise competition,human resources is going to be the core strategy of the company and performance management becomes the importmant management mechanism to excute the corporate strategy. Performance management has already become the major tool and method which to promote the enterprise management to be scientific,standard and regulatory. QD company is a subsidiary company of a beer company which was restructured by using Capital operation as mergers and acquisitions,bankruptcy acquisition,joint venture and so on, its main production is beer.Currently,QD has already initially established a performance management system,but this system paid much attention on performance evaluation that it ignored some problems such as performance planning and performance coaching. Meanwhile there are some defects on its performance evaluation,for example,its assessment method unilateral, target is unscientific, assessment body is too simple and their use of the assessment result is one-sided.This paper makes performance management as a starting point that combine with performance management theories,means,methods and so on. It deeply analyzes problems exist in four aspects, including QD company's performance plan,performance counseling, performance evaluation and performance feedback.Against these problems,this article talks about the QD's representative production department which is mainly with Quantitative Evaluation, colsely related to the enterprise development strategy. It conducts to research on two levels of departments and individuals that puts forward some countermeasure to the company's performance management, such as clearing development strategy,strengthening the performance plan,improving the performance evaluation system, improving the feedback mechanism of performance communication and fostering good corporate culture,etc.
