The manufacturing industry is both foundation and pillar of national economy.,With increasingly fierce competition in domesticmarket,the manufacturing industry is facing many obstucles,such as limitedresources,how to reduce production costsand shorten the time of manufacturingcycle to ensuretimely delivery,as well as how to improve corporate reputation and win broader market and more profit,become necessities fo rmanufacturing enterprise that want to excel in fierce market competition at home and abroad.Thus,almost every manufacturing company is seeking advanced,managemen tsuitable for its own production scheduling,in order to effectively address the problems of optimal allocation of resources,improvement of the efficiency of the production,operation and management.Most current research of production scheduling management relates to scheduling and network management applicationsin production,rather than production scheduling team collaboration..This study focuses on manufacturing production scheduling management of collaborative performan ceresearch.The main contents there of comprises the following part: first,find out the crux through the analysis of production scheduling management process of the V company.Second,establish collaborative performance evaluation model.Said evaluation modelan devaluation systemis based on comple mentary and synergisticint eraction of two dimensions.Then,evaluate the performance of the cooperative using fuzzy language evaluation methods and give tuple linguistic information processing collaborative performance evaluationmethods according to the characteristics of indicators.Finally,generate valuablesyn ergisticper formance improvemen tstrategiesbased on theanalysis and evaluation of the results of two dimensions of the evaluation model.This study provides a more collaborative perform an cetargeted promotion strategy for the production scheduling management of the V company,and has pjroduced good practical value.Meanwhilethe evaluation index systemand evaluationmethod is replicable and will providereference for other manufacturers of production scheduling management.
