The real estate marketing has started an era of Web3.0,as the impact of the Internet extending its range.The propagation of real estate E-marketing has evolved from surfing on-line to the conversation between enterprises and clients,and then,to establish a comprehensive network of communication at any time.E-marketing has played a significant role to make decisions in every aspect for enterprises nowadays.Along with the development of internet technologies,real estate firms show their innovation in terms of E-marketing campaigns.In addition,the increasing practical application of internet thought has prompted new thinking patterns and practical methods.E-marketing of real estate firms has optimized the efficiency of marketing via breaking traditions.Those firms have applicated the thinking of customized,platform,transboundary and network flux,to make clients become the core spread elements,to establish a tridimensional information network,to combine the marketing resources withineht industry and beyond,and to enhance the firms' performance constantly.Therefore,the real estate enterprises with more than hundred billion market turnover,have become the typical research templates,as their strategic thoughts and capacity of innovation in terms of E-marketing.This thesis has summarized the theoretical bases and viewpoints of the real estate E-marketing progressively,based on the marketing innovation and E-marketing of real estate firms.Moreover,it has described the current situation and tendency of the real estate E-marketing by researching the ‘4C' in all links of marketing chains from those typical real estate firms' E-marketing strategies.Furthermore,it has examined the efficiency of the real estate E-marketing via marketing data.This thesis believes that ‘Internet+' points out the future of real estate industry marketing,which requires those enterprises creating E-marketing strategy system innovative by combing their current situation and advantages.With the application of internet thinking in terms of marketing innovation,enterprises increase development scale to cope with the rat race.Meanwhile,enterprises have to apply innovative technologies positively to result in accurate,measurable and appreciable marketing spread.Consequently,the E-marketing of real estate is about to present the following tendencies: 1,strategic deepening;2,‘Micro-propagation' becoming a core role gradually;3,broader scope of spread;4,diverse forms;5,more distinct client-orientation.As one of the few research findings which collect date from the real estate enterprises with more than hundred billion annual turnover,this thesis is aimed at generating innovative theory thinking and practice reference to the development of real estate marketing strategy in the era of ‘Internet+'.
