Company K has to face fierce competition and challenge in new market situation even it is the No.1 brand in Kitchen and Bath products. In this paper, will study the indirect material sourcing procedure of K Company, analysis the vendor relationship management system with AHP method, consider the characteristics of K Company, puts forward the optimization of indirec t material sourcing procedure and help K Company to optimize the vendor selection procedure,reduce costs and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.This paper studies the domestic and foreign relevant literature, reference to the relevant theoretical knowledge, comprehensive use of literature research, questionnaire, the research method of AHP method and combine examples, carried on the analysis to the indirect material sourcing procedure of K Company, put forward the improvement scheme.First of all, study and analysis current indirect material sourcing procedure of K Company, find out the existing problems and the causes.Secondly, conducts the research in view of the current problems, using the questionnaire method to determine the correlation of the index system;Then, combined with the use of analytic hierarchy process and other methods of analysis, optimizes of indirect material sourcing process and supplier evaluation system.
