| The practice has proved that the competition is not between enterprises, but between supply chains. Effective supply chain management can reduce logistics costs, which is an important source of enterprise profit, and supplier management is an important part in supply chain management. With the further understanding of supply chain, more and more enterprises realize the importance of strengthening the management of suppliers, more and more enterprises are actively seeking to achieve mutually beneficial strategic partnership with the appropriate suppliers.This paper mainly discusses the supplier classification management and supplier evaluation and selection, through the analysis of the current situation and problems of supplier evaluation and selection, and combined with the specific practice case, optimize the process of supplier evaluation and selection criteria, and try to find a suitable supplier management method.This paper is based on the theory and method of supplier selection and evaluation in DY company, and the optimization process is divided into several steps:(1) purchasing process improvement and optimization;(2)Scientific classification of suppliers;(3)Improving the design of material classification management for company procurement;(4)Optimization of supplier evaluation index;(5)Using analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight;(6)Establishing long-term and stable strategic cooperative partnership and information platform;(7)Improving the design of supplier’s incentive measures and performance evaluation.To explore and optimize the supplier management of DY company from the view of multi-level and multi-angle, and ultimately the analytic hierarchy process is applied to the DY company’s key materials. This kind of analysis method is the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. It not only realizes the combination of theory and practice, but also can test and verify the effectiveness of the DY company’s supplier management optimization. In addition, the research ideas and methods of this paper provide a reference for the enterprise with similar problems to improve the supplier management, which has a strong practical significance. |
