| A company is the leading enterprise in the LCD glass substrate industry.With the continuous decline of the display market price,the whole market has entered a stable downward range.Company A is committed to constantly reducing costs on the premise of maintaining product quality to maintain its competitive edge.However,due to the recent impact of COVID-19 and international trade protectionism,and the fact that more than 95% of company A’s raw material suppliers are from abroad,the actual manufacturing cost of Company A is rising rapidly.Company A’s latest strategic goal is to convert all major raw material suppliers into domestic suppliers within five years.Therefore,how to quickly and efficiently evaluate suppliers and establish long-term and stable cooperation with excellent suppliers is the top priority for enterprises.This thesis first explains the status of A company’s selection of raw material suppliers,and summarizes the main problems and reasons existing in the selection process.Helped company A to build a new supplier selection index system,defined the scoring standards of indicators at all levels,and finally calculated the comprehensive scores of different suppliers by using analytic hierarchy process combined with information and data of suppliers,so as to determine the most suitable domestic suppliers.Finally,based on the current situation and theoretical basis of company A,suggestions for implementation guarantee are given,so that company A can maintain win-win and long-term stable cooperation with new suppliers.Ultimately,it will help company A reduce the actual manufacturing cost and improve its competitiveness. |
