This paper aims to formulate proper corporate strategies by analyzing the macro and industry-level environment that Boshiyiming company is in. This aids the company to strengthen its effectiveness of management and decision-making.First, the paper employs the Porter's Five Forces Model. Second, SWOT analysis is applied to investigate the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the company, as well as the opportunities and threats it faces.
