Study On Aviation Logistics Enterprises' Competitiveness Evaluation And Promotion Path

In this paper, the competitiveness of aviation logistics enterprise is studied. Competition evaluation index system of aviation logistics enterprise is established. Various factors that influence the competitiveness of enterprises are systematically argued. The competitiveness of aviation logistics enterprise is analyzed and evaluation model is established based on AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. This paper is divided into six parts. In the first part,the research background and the significance of the competitiveness of aviation logistics enterprise are introduced. In the second part, relevant literature of the aviation logistics,aviation logistics enterprise, and the competitiveness of enterprise are summarized. In the third part, the concept of aviation logistics enterprise is defined based on the relevant literature and the industry life cycle theory. The connotation of the competitiveness of aviation logistics enterprise is defined based on the relevant literature of enterprise competitiveness theory. The operation model and the operating characteristics of aviation logistics enterprises are analyzed from two perspectives of overall business operations and its service, and then factors which affect the formation of enterprise competitiveness in China are investigated. In the forth part, with two methods of hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, evaluation index system of aviation logistics enterprise competitiveness is established from operating scale, operating efficiency, financial management level, operation quality and the external factors based on the model. Aviation logistics enterprise itself could work out a correct competition strategy.In the fifth part, the index system and evaluation methods are proved and researched through a XX aviation logistics enterprise. In the sixth part, the existing problems in the development of the aviation logistics enterprises in our country at present are summarized and the improvement of China's aviation logistics enterprise competitiveness is studied with the evaluation result of XX aviation logistics enterprise competitiveness. Finally, the research content in this paper is summarized; expectation and deficiencies are put forward.
