The Comprehensive Evaluation Research On Urban Distribution Logistics Enterprise

Urban distribution is the last kilometer distribution of logistics chain, its operationlevel directly affect the performance and service level of enterprises, it plays an extremelyimportant role in the whole supply chain. The main purpose of this study is to analyze thefactors affecting comprehensive evaluation of logistics enterprise of urban distribution,constructing the index system and the model about comprehensive evaluation, in order tostandard and guide the logistics enterprise of urban distribution develop to modernlogistics direction.Firstly, this paper reviewes the research related to the comprehensive evaluation oflogistics enterprise of urban distribution at home and abroad, and combes the basic theoryrelated in order to provide a theoretical basis for the followingr research.Secondly, this paper analyzes the development situation of logistics enterprise ofurban distribution in organizational model, business process and enterprise management,and pointes out that the key factors affect its operation and existing problems of this model.All indicate that the results of urban distribution’s comprehensive evaluation are dividedinto four categories, and each indicator will be explained. Then the paper constructes thecomprehensive evaluation index system.Thirdly, the paper builds a comprehensive evaluation model about logistics enterpriseof urban distribution. This paper uses method combining three-degree analytic hierarchyprocess with Likert scale survey to determine the weight of each index, calculated theproximity between a logistic enterprise of urban distribution been assessed and the idealenterprise by gray correlative degree, defined the distribution of the five grade Likert tableby fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, determined the level of business being evaluated bygray correlative degree belong to the grade of membership.Finally, the paper uses a specific example to verify the effectiveness and feasibility ofthe comprehensive evaluation model about logistics enterprise of urban distribution, andproposes its corresponding suggestions such as the hardware facilities, logistics personneltraining and customer service developing and so on based on the evaluation results inorder to enhance the logistics development level of the logistics enterprise of urban distribution.
