At present, the research of enterprises competitiveness is mainly studied from the environment, resources and capabilities three aspects. Michael Porter and other persons who are on behalf of the environment school study competitiveness from industry structure. They believe that five powers in industries play a key role to the establishment of competitive advantage. Wernerfield, Barney, and other representatives of the resource based theory analyze the problem of enterprises competitiveness from the difference of resources. They believe the difference of accumulation of resources determines the difference of competitiveness. Prahala , Hamel ,and other representatives of the ability of enterprises underline that the integration ability of resources is the deciding factor for competitive advantage. These theories to a large extent promote the development of enterprises competitiveness and bring a useful thought to how to build their own competitive advantages. However, in the context of global economic integration, the life cycle relying on market opportunities, business resources or ability to obtain the competitiveness, in today of technology advances and market demands rapidly changing, will reduce as the decline of product life cycle. The lack of flexibility of the enterprise will be eliminated faster even if they have a certain competitive tension. Those who can quickly remodel their own competitiveness will agility, rapidly and economically introduce new products and high quality services to gain a competitive advantage.Clearly, the enterprises reconfigurable competitiveness is the key to survival and victory, and is an important guarantee to sustainable development. Therefore, this paper reviews its meaning, nature, reconstruction reason and the relations between the various units firstly.Secondly, with emphasizing on the system theory and level analysis method, we can draw reconfigurable competitiveness of enterprises being a complicated and multi-level system whose composition and function are in an orderly manner. The enterprises reconfigurable competitiveness can be described as four levels. The first level is the enterprises reconfigurable competitiveness system. The second level is the subsystem collection of management and business remodeling capacity. The third level is the collection of sub-subsystems which contain reconfigurable ability of R & D, procurement, production, logistics, marketing. The fourth level is the collection of human, financial, equipment, plant resources and other basic elements. Through the application of level analysis method, enterprises can know which subsystems and elements will make larger impact to target layer.Thirdly, assessing enterprise reconfigurable competitiveness by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, through the use of model enterprises know their own competitiveness belong to stronger, general, or weaker level. Through the comparison of membership enterprises may be aware of the gaps between themselves and other enterprises, which encourage them to take improved measures in order to better sustainable development. Finally, to judge enterprise reconfigurable competition ability with grey comprehensive evaluation model, the grey comprehensive evaluation model uses grey correlation analysis tool and calculates the relevance and correlation by reference sequence and comparison sequence to determine the impact of various factors or important options so as to contain an important factor or an optimal programme. With the application of the model, businesses can be aware of their own ranking in peer competitors.
