Study On LPG Logistics Enterprise Security Evaluation Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

Liquefied petroleum gas,referred to as LPG,its demand has been maintained at a high level in various industries with the rapid development of the national economy in recent years.Since LPG and its logistics operation is special,in case of explosive,flammable,corrosive and poisonous risk,the LPG logistics is a professional and technical work.In the entire logistics process,if a little careless,LPG may damage for the community,businesses and the people's lives and natural environment damage.Therefore,the safety of LPG logistics enterprises is necessary and essential.So far,the research of LPG logistics enterprise's which is the main body of the road LPG logistics market safety evaluation is less,and has not carried out systematic research on the LPG logistics enterprise security evaluation.Therefore this paper to the LPG logistics enterprise security evaluation research has the reality necessity and the urgency.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is a scientific and mathematical analysis method based on fuzzy,its biggest advantage is can fully adapt to the fuzzy system between various factors,which is clear,comprehensive and systematic.It can be good at the problem that is fuzzy,difficult and uncertainty problems,this feature is very suitable for enterprise security evaluation.This paper based on the scope of application and characteristics of the comprehensive study of the domestic and foreign safety evaluation theory and practice experience,logistics enterprise characteristic of LPG,LPG accident causation theory,then selected the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as the LPG logistics enterprises safety evaluation model and method.In this paper,for the LPG logistics enterprise security evaluation,identified the current status of advanced LPG logistics safety evaluation generally,and the state of the existing LPG logistics related laws,regulations and norms,combined the present situation and the characteristics of LPG logistics enterprises in our country.LPG logistics enterprise security evaluation index system is established.Then the weight and membership of each index are assigned,the multi fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for YX LPG logistics project was mad on this basis,and the results were compared with the current situation of the enterprise.Practice has proved that the index system and evaluation model constructed in this paper are practical and effective.At the end,the research results of the thesis are summarized,and the research on the existing methods and research direction of the future is prospected.The index system and evaluation model in this paper can provide theoretical basis and practical experience for the relevant departments to formulate the safety standards of LPG logistics enterprises,improve the level of safety management and performance management.
