In the economy market environment, the enterprise’s salary system reasonable or not is a direct influence on the company employees work initiative and creative which is also the key to constructing the enterprise ability nuclear. To the greatest degree of employees to subjective initiative and passion, with both the humanized and motivate salary system is inseparable when enterprise to achieve a healthy and sustained, balance the process of development, the staff of self value also get the full embodiment.The marketing just like a lifeline for the enterprise is also an important part. Product sales, product launch, market analysis and market forecast and so on, these are all enterprise daily marketing work. Only long-term marketing personnel to the continued incentive, all of these can work orderly benign operation. About the marketing personnel’s incentive methods are various different, both have advantages and disadvantages. But undoubtedly, compensation is the most commonly used and durability. Developing an effective marketing personnel salary incentive system can make the enterprise marketing work more efficient operation.In view of this, the author choose WH limited company’s marketing personnel salary system as the research object which belongs to drink sales enterprise. Under the abnormal incentive industry competition, what the enterprise need is not only the outstanding leader, but also a good marketing elite team.WH Co., Ltd of original marketing personnel incentive still exist some shortage. The reason for it mainly lies in the lack of a more reasonable salary incentive system. The author has improved design of the current marketing personnel salary system, which mainly through the actual investigation, and combining with the actual and use the method of salary theory.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part of this paper introduces the background and significance, the second part is the related theoretical basis overview. The third part is the current marketing personnel salary system of evaluation. The fourth part of the content is mainly with enterprise’s actual situation, the current marketing personnel salary system design is improved. The fifth part for the implementation of the new salary system safeguard measures, and the first six divided into a conclusion.
