A Study On The National Obligations Of Peasants' Endowment Insurance

Social endowment insurance right is a basic human right, every citizen should enjoy it on fair, and national obligation is the fundamental way for the realization of the right, countries should undertake the obligation to ensure the right of people could be realized.As an important part of the People's Republic of China, rural residents should equitable enjoy the social endowment insurance right with urban residents. Our country should fulfill its national obligations to realize rural residents' endowment insurance right. However, there are a lot of problems during the operation of Rural Social Endowment insurance System, such as the absence of legislation and so on. And these problems bring a lot of difficulties for the realization of peasants' social endowment insurance right. In some professors' opinion, the fundamental reason of the phenomena is the absence of national obligations.Therefore, our country has to fulfill its national obligations to solve the problems which exist in our country's Rural Social Endowment insurance System, protect peasants' endowment insurance right effectively.
