The conclusions of the research for: Realize the basic endowment insurance as a wholehas not only to depend on the existence conditions, and consider China’s currentincome difference is the present situation of the provincial outstanding; choose thebest pension standard model, and supporting by policy guarantee, the national plan asa whole will come as soon as possible.
