Research On Coordinative Development Between Urbanization And Industrial Structure Of Henan Province

This paper analyses the relevant literature and makes a summary,using the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis to research the coordinate development between urbanization and industrial structure of Henan Province.First,this paper organizes the historical data(1995-2014)of urbanization and industrial structure in Henan Province.By the way,the development of industrial structure is related to employment structure,so it also analyses the relevant data of employment structure.From such an analysis,industrial structure of the three three major industries presents the distribution of “231”,expressed as the proportion of primary industry output decline significantly,the second and third industry are in an upward trend in the proportion,but also increased volatility in the process.With the rapid development of the second and third industry,industrial structure tends to be reasonable.In terms of employment structure,the labor force flow into the second and third industry from primary industry.the second and third industry have a lot of development potential.But the proportion of primary industry employment keeps the first,Employment structure is unreasonable.The urbanization of Henan Province is developing rapidly,but the growth rate is decreasing.In general,industrial structure and employment structure are uncoordinated,it can not play its role effectively in the development of urbanization.Then making a comparison about industrial structure and employment structure between Henan Province and developed provinces,it shows that they have many differences.After this paper analyze the coordination between industrial structure and employment structure,in combination with employment elasticity coefficient,we find that industrial structure and employment structure are uncoordinated cleraly,the second and third industry still have development space;the employment proportion of primary industry is large,but in terms of labour force,the second and third industry show a strong attraction;the empolyment structure of third industry is reasonable,but its output value is so insufficient that it can not afford lots of jobs,its ability to attractlabour force is weeker than the second industry,when the second industry takes place an industry transformation,the labour force will flow into the third industry,at that point,it will exceed the second industry.After that,this paper choices three indicators,uses econometric method to do ADF Test?Johansen Test and Granger Causality Test.It concluded that the proportion of non-agricultural industries output value is the Granger reason of urbanization,and urbanization is the Granger reason of the proportion of non-agricultural industry employment.At the same time,through efficiency analysis it shows that industrial structure is unreasonable of many cities in Henan Province.There are a large number of surplus labour need a reasonable distribution.Henan should adjust and optimize the industrial structure,and take effective measures to solve these problems.Finally,on the basis of empirical analysis and the actual situation of Henan Province,this paper gives advice on coordinative development between urbanization and industrial structure.
