| Study the employment structure in Chinese industrial structure evolution not only can verify Petty-Clark theorem; but also could provide policy thought for promoting labors in the primary industry and secondary industry transfer out smoothly,solving the problem of labor imbalance, and achieving dualistic economic structure rapidly transfer to unitary structure.This thesis studies employment structure in Chinese industrial structure evolution comprehensively and deeply from many aspect, such as comparative labor productivity, employment elasticity, employment structure deviation, employment structure time delay estimating model, employment structure effect model, and employment entropy.From Chinese industrial structure and employment structure evolution, we know that industrial structure and employment structure are in the process of rapid structure conversion. The Granger causality test results of the industrial structure and employment structure shows that by labor transferring among industry sectors can promote the adjustment of industrial structure, it confirms that labor force, as an important factor for economy growth, plays an important role of industrial structure development and economy growth. Industrial structure and employment structure are both constantly tend to be rational, their structures are “tertiary-secondary-primaryâ€and “primary-tertiary-secondary†in 2013. However, conversions in industrial structure and employment structure are not synchronous, it’s obvious that the employment structure conversion lags behind industrial structure conversion, which is confirmed by analysis conclusions from employment structure deviation. Trough employment structure time delay estimating model we have come to conclusion that the delay time between employment structure and industrial structure is 6 years.Analysis on employment structure effect shows that Chinese employment structure effect gradually converge to a lower level in recent years, but there are still a large number of rural residual labor, both of them indicate a slowdown of labor transfers from the primary industry to secondary industry and tertiary industry, which is verified by analysis of employment elasticity, comparative labor productivity andemployment structure specialization, and it’s the main reason employment lags behind industrial structure.In addition, study on the character of Chinese employment structure shows that on one hand, Chinese information industry develops rapidly and the ratio of kernel employment is going up, which indicate employment structure tends to be softening;on the other hand, there are disparities in regional industrial structure ownership structure, which is caused by the disequilibrium of economy development.At last, the thesis puts forward some suggestion to promote employment structure in Chinese industrial structure evolution converts smoothly. |
