| For a regional employment structure and industry organization of the balanced development of cognition is the key to solve the problem of the regional employment. According to the statistical data from1993to2013in Hubei province from the interaction between industry structure and employment structure are studied, and then three industrial output value in Hubei province share ratio and employment share percentage were compared. Calculate the deviation coefficient of three times industry at the same time, three times to study industrial structure and employment structure of the related causation. Under the existing research both at home and abroad, using Granger causality test for three times the empirical analysis of relationship between industry and employment, industrial structure and employment structure in deviation and problems in the process of development, the optimization of employment structure and the rationalization of industrial structure provide a valid opinion.According to the results of this article, the second and third industry of Hubei province is Granger reason of the first industry development, on the other hand does not. Although the second and third industry development has a positive effect to the first industrial development, but the development of the first industry in Hubei is not perfect, which leads to the second and third industry development has a certain lag. Through Granger causality test, mainly reflected in the primary industry employment promote the growth of output, but it does not promote the growth of the primary industry output value of employment. Secondary industry employment, although to a certain extent, have a role in promoting the industry output value, but not the second industry output value increase on employment has been increased greatly. In contrast, the third industry employment into rapid growth trend. This is determined by the current regional attribute of the tertiary industry in Hubei province. |
