Study On Design And Optimization Of The Employee Training System Of L Company

After nearly 3-year study in the MBA center of Lanzhou Jiaotong University, I have got a certain understanding and mastery of the operation and application of the staff training in human resource management. Combined with the practical application of L company's daily staff training, I realized that the staff training is a service for the enterprise. To improve the competitiveness of enterprises, the only way is to improve the quality of staff. How to optimize the employee training system in the current development stage has become the most important issue that L company needs to face up and solve. Therefore, we should make clear thinking from the background, the purpose and significance of the topic to the existing problems of the existing staff training, and then optimize the design. When the design is completed, it need carry out a comparative analysis, and put forward the safeguard measures to form a complete system design.L company is a large state-owned enterprise. In the environment of knowledge updating,its development has been influenced by the unprecedented challenge. Only through continuous innovation and improvement of staff training, which meet the needs of enterprise strategy development, the enterprise's annual plan, the position and the need of the development of the employee's career. The value of human resources can be improved, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper is based on the basic theory of staff training. According to adopt the methods of personal interview?survey,and so on. The current situation of staff training in L Company was analyzed. Some disadvantages of L Company's staff training in hard and soft technology were found. Combining the strategic orientation and long-term plan of L company, the training system, training needs, training plan, training method and Training effect evaluation were developed. The optimized design of training system was built in two aspects of hardware and software. The basic construction of training, the construction of teachers, the curriculum development work, a sound training process operation system, the classification of staff training system and the standardized system management system were strengthen or constructed. A comparative analysis was made on the optimization design of employee training system. The training needs analysis, evaluation of the training process, the evaluation of the training process, learning evaluation, behavior evaluation and results evaluation are compared. Finally, the security measures were designed for the employee training system in the hardware and software aspects.The result of this paper is that the comprehensive training process operation system has been established. Innovation and personnel training system, new employees were established,management personnel, professional and technical personnel were hierarchical classification of staff professional training system, staff training programs bidding was imported, system of certificate was improved, training incentive mechanisms and training were established and assessment integrated management system. Training management of long-term mechanism was established, L staff training system were optimized design safeguards at the base ?teachers?organizations?institutions and funds in five aspects. By these aspects that issues affecting staff training L future development of the company were solved, then through the new staff training system to make participating employees can learn new knowledge, new technology and new skills to apply to work better, the results of training can be quickly converted into productive forces, so that L company would had a competitive advantage in the same industry.
