Along with the global economic integration and the rapid development of science and technology,the competition among enterprises has changed from the original cost and price competition to the competition of technology and creativity.Innovation has become the source of social development,the innovation ability of the enterprise is supporting the development and strengthening of the enterprise.Enterprise's R & D project management level directly affects how the enterprise innovation ability can be transformed into new products,new technologies and new technologies.Therefore,to improve the R & D project management level is the needs of enterprises.This demand appears to be more urgent in the private enterprise in China.Technical personnel in private enterprises are relatively scarce,the management level of private enterprises are inferior by comparison compared with other enterprises and the R & D investment is also limited.Enterprises need to improve the level of R & D project management,and make good use of every R & D funds.So the introduction of international general management philosophy,and make it fully localized,evolved to adapt to the development and management of private enterprises in China has become a priority.In this paper,we analyzed the current situation of S company R & D project management and summarized the existing R & D project management mode.Learn from the experience of domestic and foreign enterprises,we chose a multi stage interactive management model for S company,integrated the organizational structure of the enterprise,established a matrix R & D project management organization structure,designed the workable management processes according to "avenue Management Process",and developed a detailed management system.R & D management mode was optimized and enthusiasm of R & D personnel was increased.Enterprise resource allocation was more reasonable,enterprise R & D costs have been reduced and R & D efficiency has been improved.The preset goal has reached.In this paper,we also analyzed and discussed the problems in the process of implementation and proposed the targeted measures.
