With the rapid development of automobile industry today,Auto parts enterprisesincreasingly fierce competition,Product types on the increase,Product structure inchanging,The price of the products in the continuous adjustment, in the continuousupgrading of product quality requirements,for parts of enterprise development stress is onthe increase. In this regard, the company in the ongoing reform,to adapt to the continuousdevelopment of customer. FGAAC is a joint-stock enterprise, mainly produces auto radiatorgrille, auto plating decoration strip, after the licence plate of exterior parts products etc.The existing staff of about600people, the current organization structure of the Departmentinclude: total/deputy general manager, business department, project department, purchasingdepartment, human resources department, financial control department, product department,quality department, plant length, injection molding workshop, spraying workshop,electroplating, assembly workshop, production logistics department, repair of motor. Themain customers are FAW-VW、FAWCAR、FAWJILIN automobile etc… The company in thecourse of growth, has experienced three reforms, from the initial private enterprises andforeign joint venture, because of the financial crisis, foreign divestment, and returned toprivate enterprises, by the FAW acquired51%of the shares, from private enterprise and tothe state-owned holding enterprises, in the customer the delivery ratio in more than50%. Atpresent, FGACC project management, no mature management process, without adequatestaffing, in the process of management team members the responsibility is not clear, throughthe analysis of the status of status of the organizational structure of the company and projectmanagement, at present already cannot satisfy the sustainable development the companystrategy, below I according to the analysis of the structure of the status quo, the organizationof the company project management and the collection of information, data, find out the rootcause of problem, reference to other company FAW Group Norms of project organizationstructure, perfect project management processes, project organization structure of FGAAC ofthe re design, re combing of the project management process, the staff responsibilities reclassification, formulation, in order to make the company project management work carried out smoothly, satisfy the multiple requirements of the customers, to meet the companyrequirements for new product development project income, so that the development ofFGACC get theory and practice on the double aspects of security.
